2. Website delivery and server logs
When you access this website, the hosting infrastructure may process technical request data such as your IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser, operating system, and response status. This is necessary to deliver and secure the website and to investigate technical faults or abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is retained only for the period necessary for security and operation, subject to the hosting provider’s configuration and legal obligations.
3. Privacy choice storage
The website stores your analytics choice in your browser under afTransformConsentV1. This necessary local-storage entry contains only whether optional analytics was accepted or rejected. It is required to apply your choice on later visits. You can change it at any time using “Privacy settings” in the footer.
4. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
Optional analytics is completely blocked until you consent. After acceptance, the website loads Google Tag Manager (container GTM-KFD5XM2P), which delivers the Google Analytics 4 configuration for measurement ID G-6DMV2PRK0R. We do not install a second, direct Google tag. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalisation remain denied.
Google Analytics may process online identifiers, truncated or otherwise processed IP-derived location information, device and browser information, visited pages, approximate location, and interaction data. We use aggregated reporting to understand website use and improve content. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, provides the service. Data may also be processed by Google LLC in the United States; Google describes the safeguards it uses, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses, in its privacy documentation.
You may withdraw consent at any time through “Privacy settings.” Withdrawal stops Google tags from loading on future page views and the website attempts to remove its first-party _ga analytics cookies. If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we process the information you provide to answer your enquiry, take requested pre-contractual steps, and maintain necessary business correspondence. The form may transmit your name, company, telephone number, email address, selected situation and contact method, message, consent confirmation, source parameter, and page address. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, your consent under Article 6(1)(a) where applicable, and our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) in secure and efficient communication. We retain correspondence only as long as needed for the enquiry and applicable legal record-keeping duties.
The form is processed through a Cloudflare Worker and protected against automated submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile, services of Cloudflare, Inc. Turnstile evaluates technical browser, device, network, and interaction signals and validates a short-lived security token. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access, store, or transmit form entries. After successful verification, the Worker sends the enquiry as an email through Resend, a service of Plus Five Five, Inc., to an internal mailbox controlled by Alexey Filinskiy Consulting; the email address you provide is used as the reply-to address. Provider processing may take place outside the EEA, including in the United States, subject to the providers’ applicable data-transfer safeguards. 6. Local assets and external links
Website fonts, images, and core scripts are served locally and do not require a connection to a font or media provider. Links to external services, including LinkedIn, do not transmit data to that provider until you follow the link. The external provider’s privacy terms then apply.
7. Recipients, transfers, and retention
Personal data is shared only with service providers needed to host, secure, and operate the website or where required by law. Providers acting on our behalf are contractually bound where required. Retention depends on the purpose described above and statutory documentation obligations. We do not use website data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
